Do you offer shipping?

We do not offer shipping at this time. Due to the amount of shipping requests we have received, we are working on a solution. We hope to offer shipping in the future.

Where are you located?

We are located in O Fallon Missouri

How does pick up work?

On the check out page, you will see a calendar. Select a date and time that is convenient for you to  pick up your ferns. After you have scheduled your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email with the address.

How far away are you from me?

You can view our map here. The outer green circle indicates that you are within 20 miles. The inner blue circle indicates you are within 10 miles. You also have the option to enter your address and then enter a radius. If we are located in that radius, you will see our map pin. 

What if I do not show up to pick up my ferns at the scheduled time?

We understand life happens. Send us a message and reschedule. We will take care of the ferns that we have for you until you come get them. Remember, especially when the weather is hot, the fronds may wilt a bit. This does not mean the ferns are doomed. After all these plants are very resilient.

I need to reschedule my appointment

If you need to reschedule your appointment for another day and let us know ahead of time, this will work out better for everyone. If we know before we dig your plants out of the ground, we can wait, and do it another day, as long as we know in advance.
